I, William Spencer, was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. I have an Accounting degree from West Virginia State University and also went on to earn my Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. From there, I entered the investment and landscaping world to explore my passion for real estate. That passion led me to become a Licensed General Contractor where I truly was happy helping others get satisfied results. Currently, I work as a Realtor/Salesperson for Old Colony of Greater Kanawha Valley, where I'm focused on understanding each buyer’s and seller’s unique needs. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive to exceed their expectations.

I have learned almost everything there is to know about the Real Estate industry from attorneys, lenders, and home inspectors. Surrounding myself with a network of trusted professionals ensures whatever questions or situations that may arise I will have the best solution for my clients. Also, being readily available to my clients, communicating effectively, being open, honest and transparent throughout the process has given me the best results. Learning my clients on a personal level such as property architecture, communication style, and making them feel like they are my only clients is what separates me from the competition.

As a lifelong resident of Kanawha County, I have been privileged to work with buyers and sellers all over the country.
